The Council, Speaks

Honourable Director Sir, teachers and my dear Friends

Today, I stand before you as the Head Girl of this esteemed institution, filled with immense satisfaction and gratitude. It is both an honour and a responsibility to represent each and everyone of you, as we continue the journey of education, growth, and success together.

In the spirit of gratitude, I express my profound gratefulness for the teachers who never let this little girl’s steps falter, and without whom, she wouldn’t have reached the mountain peak, she is at today.

As I stand here today, holding the tremendous responsibility of leading this year’s Student Council, I assure my teachers and mentors that this team is a tool set. One cannot do everything, but when together nothing is impossible. It will always build bridges to overcome the differences that this diverse tapestry of students, ideas and aspirations might hold.

I am not here to promise some magical excellence in a month, but I’m here to assure everyone that excellence and learning would always be in progress followed by success and glory. And that this Council will raise the banner of OUR Indraprastha higher than ever.
